This was taken in Chicago at the Oriental/Ford Theater. Penn kept telling the woman during Knife Throwing to throw on the silent count of four. She must've been confused because I think she kept waiting for him to say four. He kept yelling "Throw It"! Three times he counted and three times she just stood there laughing!
